Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I called on a Sunday, they answered and had an appointment set up within minutes. Doc was prompt. He got right to work. Helped me figure out the issues with my dryer, did a full service. He replaced my garbage disposal in no time. Pricing was very fair. I will be using them again when needed.

We are having a housewarming tonight (a Saturday) and our freezer was making a horrific and very loud noise. Doc was here w/in 90 minutes of our panicked call. Had a refrigerator emergency where it stopped working and I was afraid all my food would go bad. Doc was able to come over and fix the problem right away.

Doc came out to repair my roper by whirlpool (a 21 year old fridge) in a timely manner and was even able to schedule me in on Labor Day. I thought that was really awesome of them! He was able to diagnose the problem (broken defrost thermostat) and get it fixed within less than 1 hour. Great service!

I don't think I've ever had a repair person diagnose the issue so quickly, get down to business so fast and be so focused on fixing the issue. Was impressed ....he called me into the kitchen to show me that he fixed my fridge, but he didn't just fix the ice delivery flipper that was the original problem, but he fixed two other issues as well.
